3. Cancellation & Appointment Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations and reschedules. To cancel or reschedule, please call us at (850) 215-7095 or email [email protected].

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur any penalty.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows are documented in your patient record.
  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in the requirement to prepay for future appointments or discharge from the practice at the provider's discretion.
  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an emergency that prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Services & Consultations

All aesthetic, medical, and wellness services offered by Johnsons Family Medicine & Aesthetics require an initial consultation to determine candidacy. Treatment plans are individualized and based on the clinical judgment of the treating provider.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment at any time if, in our professional judgment, it is not in the patient's best interest.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and design elements — is the property of Johnsons Family Medicine & Aesthetics or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is prohibited without prior written consent.
